Funeral collections and donations

A funeral service is an important moment to come together to celebrate someone’s life. If you would like to collect donations for Hamlin Fistula UK, you can set up a funeral collection online via a Tribute Fund, or send a cheque via post after the service. Funeral directors are often able to provide support in coordinating collections and sending the cheque to us.

To send a cheque, please download, print and complete our In Memory Donation Form and post together with your cheque payable to “Hamlin Fistula UK” to:
